Re Shaping Pakistan ........
Since the creation of Pakistan, the power vortex has been revolving around military establishment and the country unfortunately could not witness pure and true democracy as happens in the West. Most of the ruling governments were having a hybrid nature or a political mix of politicians and bureaucrats or pure martial laws or dictatorship. That was the major reason why a political-cultural sense could not be inculcated among the people of the land. The second major factor was the unchecked high illiteracy rate, education never got a chance to approach the minds of the general public because of poor policy-making on the subject by the ruling elite. They never allocated maximum educational funds in the budgets. The third reason there was no rule of law political and financial favors were granted to specific elite classes and groups and that caused the localization of wealth among 22 families in the country.
