Mockery of the Law...

Since the inception of the PTI (Imran Khan) government our judiciary, intelligence agencies, Pakistan army, law enforcing agencies, and other government institutions are continuously have been ridiculed by the opposition and yet the government is silent and doing nothing against them.

What could be the reason for that and why the government is not responding to curb the anti-state statements and acts by the opposition. The law and order situation is uncontrollable day by day as if we are living in a jungle rather than in a civilized community.

For me, the government may be expecting a reconciliation with them,  in the near future under pressure from a third force or the government may be looking forward to getting rid of them by offering a secret NRO previously given to Main Nawaz Sharif. In either case, the government is playing on a weaker wicket unable to control the burgeoning problems posed by the opposition. 

The prevailing circumstances are posing a serious threat in the ranks of PTI. Imran Khan is facing an indomitable mafia among his own party stalwarts who are involved in criminal acts like hoarding, black marketing, and illegal dollar trading by influencing the free market operating trends and forces. 

All the working governments are based on the four pillars and these are, Executive, Legislative, Judiciary, and Media. Initially, the media was not included but with the passage of time its involvement became more and more critical, and currently, in the 5th Generation  Warfare, it has become a dreadful weapon in spreading disinformation campaigns along with the regular fighting forces.

What is happening now, the four pillars have started disrespecting each other and started playing the blame games. Especially in the ranks of our crook politicians and politics. Our politicians care more for the power and their pre-established vested interests and less for the people of the land or no matter for Pakistan. Their only target is to stay in power to work on corruption and none of them is mentally prepared to relinquish power whenever they face defeat in elections. 

Is there any law that exists in the country to control all these bad acts and corruption of the politicians? Since the induction (the first-ever selected one) of Mian Nawaz Sharif in Pakistan's politics, it marked the beginning of the reign of corruption, plunder, and loot. Our folk has forgotten how did Nawaz Sharif jump into politics from the lap of an army general and how the Pakistan Muslim League came into existent. It must not be ignored that the crooks never respect the law and everyone tries to twist it in his own favor and many of them use it to achieve their vested and personal interests that is what our politicians are doing right now. 

Today every government department is infested with corruption and bribe and people are completely fed up with it. Our politicians are busy distributing audio and video leaks not realizing what problems and issues are being faced by the general public. PTI is busy protecting its seats and the PML-N, PPP, and PDM are continuously claiming illegality of the government since the PTI was inducted therein after the election of 2018. According to the opposition, the elections were rigged and Imran Khan had been selected by the army to appoint as prime minister of Pakistan not realizing that how Nawaz Sharif was selected previously and how Zardari came into power. unless the establishment consented to it. It is an open and shut case and every tom, dick and harry knows it. Molana Fazal ur Rehman remained chairman of the Kashmir Committee for ten plus years what good he has done for the Kashmiris? Instead, he sabotaged the movement on Kashmir then started by staging a drama of PDM and which has not been successful to date. All the leaders are just making fools out of the people of the land as usual. 

Since corruption, dishonesty, disloyalty, bribery, and crookedness form the basis of our present political infrastructure hence our institutions are not strong enough to perform their jobs with integrity, sincerity, loyalty, and honesty. Our crooked political leadership is entirely responsible for this state of affairs, they never ever think of it because they all remained busy building up their assets by unfair means and got involved in money laundering within Pakistan and abroad as well. They never ever thought of building a strong foundation for the institutions of Pakistan because they all were well aware of the fact that if they started building institutional strength this will deprive them of their mala-fide intentions of looting and plundering the wealth of Pakistan hence they never bother it and kept screwing up with the people of the land and their looted wealth. 

The families of Sharifs and Zardaries are unabatedly bashing the government policies and blackmailing the government it appears to be completely helpless to take any legal action against them. Initially, the PTI government arrested all the corrupt leaders of the opposition levelling charges of money laundering, loot and plunders but today all are set free by the honorable courts of Pakistan all those leaders are enjoying scot-free facilities now. This affected the credibility of the PTI government and the opposition successfully exploited it against them. What Maryam Nawaz is doing today is a criminal offence by holding back criminal video evidence which she intends to use with a mala-fide intention against the current government in future. The tempered audiotape against the former chief justice and London affidavit case against Rana Shamim what is all this happening in Pakistan ! Is this a justified state of affairs? Is there any law that exists? Who will be the executors and on whom it will be executed? Since the executors are the criminals of the highest grade and no one knows where we are heading for? What promised change we all are expecting?
